Where do I take a soil sample to be tested and how much should I bring.

Generally, the labs ask that you collect multiple soil samples from the area you wish to be tested, mix them all together, and then bring in a small portion of the mix. Once you choose the lab that is most convenient for you, call them to verify how to best collect your soil.
