I have attached a photo of leaves from my Live Oak tree. There are black spots on the top of the leaves. I was wondering what this was and how I treat it? Thank you!

This disease is called Tar Spot. This isn't that common, I have only seen it hear once before. At this time of year, I would not spray. I would rake up infected leaves and remove them from the property. If it returns next year you might consider hiring an certified arborist to treat the tree.
The following statement is from a Florida State Department of Ag publication:
"If the disease incidence is unusually high, the fungicide chlorothalonil
can be tried for disease control. This fungicide is EPA-registered for use on red
oaks (6). Raking and removing infected leaves is helpful in reducing inoculum."
