Can you tell me what flower this came from

St. Louis County Missouri

This is from a Magnolia tree. It could be from a Southern Magnolia. Those are the big evergreen magnolias. We don't grow them in northern Missouri, but you might find them in protected areas in St. Louis and in southern Missouri.
