Thanks for your question. It looks like it may be leaf miners which are difficult to control because the live within the leaf. You could simply remove and dispose of the affected leaves which will serve to reduce their population. But more importantly, this is an invasive plant that is not recommended for planting as it spreads into natural areas and out-competes our native plants.
