I found the black one in my house, and the orange one in my golf cart at work.

The large blackish one is a wolf spider. They commonly wander into houses. Just out of curiosity, did you have the flash on on your camera? You can see the spider's eyes glowing in the picture. Wolf spiders are active hunters and are helpful in preying on insects. They are not aggressive to humans, so you can scoop it up and let it go outdoors.
The other one looks like a tropical orb weaver spider. As the name implies, they weave orb shaped webs and hang out - head down - waiting for some unlucky insect to fly into the web.
