I showed your pictures to our Expert and he said it is a winged reproductive termite that has shed its wings. There are three main types, subterranean, drywood and dampwood termites in Oregon. Experts usually will examine the fecal pellets to make the final ID. I would like to share the article linked below with you, it show the difference in the fecal pellets, if you find any.
