ant like bugs #279829

Hi. For the last month I have noticed that I have ant like bugs in the house they are more visible in the bathroom. I can't seem to find where they are coming from they are very random.
I would like to know what they are and would like to get rid of them soonest.

What you have is a beetle similar to the one in the following link (http://bugguide.net/node/view/698966). They are probably coming in from outside so what you need to do si close any potential entry points.  The beetles are not likely to cause any problem in the house.
