Small shrub identification #277488

My neighbor bought this unlabeled tidy, small evergreen shrub four years ago at a Cylburn Arboretum sale. The Cylburn staff don't recognize it - I'm hoping you can. Thanks!

The plant in the photo looks like it may be a Cryptomeria. Look at photos of 'Globosa Nana' on Google 'Images'.
