Montier plant in my garden #275730

I found this plant with flowers on it that matches one coming up in my garden. Can you tell me what it is?

Hi -- this looks like nightshade, which is toxic to animals and humans. You can put on gloves and pull it up pretty easily. It is a very common weed, especially of shady areas with rich soil.
