Expert Response

Do you want to plant the seeds to grow a lemon tree in a pot? I'm not sure what you mean by "prepare without using machine." Lemon seed don't require any special preparation (such a tomato seeds which need to be removed from the pulp) or treatment (such as some plant seeds that need a period of cold before sprouting). Though one resource suggested sucking on the seeds both to remove any juice or pulp and to keep them moist until planting. Just remove the seeds from a well ripened lemon (be sure to choose a variety that reproduces from seed. Some hybrids may not produce fertile seeds).  Sow the seeds in moistened potting mix, keep the pot warm and they will normally germinate in a couple of weeks.
