There is a bush about 10 feet high and 6 feet across growing in my backyard. The leaves have serrated edges and small black berries in clusters growing on the branches. I want to know if they are poisonous.

It appears to be cockspur hawthorn and while not listed as poisonous the fruits do not taste good.
