I have this apparant vine...Opposite leaves (fern like) Small yellow flowers w a black center that close up when the sun goes down. Long pods (look like snowpeas) are also on this plant.

What you have is a plant called partridge pea (Chamaecrista fasciculate). There's some information on this plant here: http://www.illinoiswildflowers.info/prairie/plantx/part_peax.htm . 

It is a legume, and is considered a native prairie plant.  If you Google "partridge pea," you can find lots of great photos and information on this plant.
