Plant inquiry #271933

Asked August 21, 2015, 3:39 PM EDT

Good afternoon, I was curious if you’ve ever taken plants from MN locals that have grown too large indoors for their space? We have a philodendron bipinnatifidum in our office that our CEO grew from when he was in college at the U of M some 40 years ago. It has grown to be too large for our office space. I don’t know if I have permission to do anything with it yet, but I figured I’d start looking for options. I have attached a picture of it the last time I repotted it (a year ago this week). Thank you & have a glorious day, Nicki Baumann Program Assistant<personal data hidden> Fax:<personal data hidden> Midwest Dairy Association 2015 Rice St St. Paul, MN 55113 <personal data hidden> www.midwestdairy.com

I suggest you ask at local gardening clubs or post it on a site such as craigslist. Please check this link which describes the purpose of this forum:

We can discuss with you how to care for your philodendron, how to propagate it, how to repot it; but, alas, we cannot tell you how to find it a new home.
