Berries - What plant? Edible? #270020

This is a bush used as ornamental in the landscaping around an office building. Fruit is held on individual stalk, above leaves; seeds are golden colored, ovoid; 4 in each fruit. What is the plant? Are the berries edible?

The plant looks like a honeysuckle there are many varieties and species of honeysuckle and few are edible I dont think this one is edible because it looks most like bush honeysuckle, Lonicera tatarica, which i have read is mildly toxic
