Can you ID these weeds for me?

The other looks like Virginia Buttonweed, a perennial weed.
Both of these weeds can be difficult to control.
For the Virginia Buttonweed, be sure to keep the area well drained and free of excess moisture (because Va Buttonweed thrives in excess moisture). Additional information can be found here:
