Sprayed with mildew product several weeks ago to no avail. Continues to spread. Please provide Diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis for next spring. Photos att'd. Single leaf photo, could not add or delete. Problem effects > 75% of bush.

This does not look like mildew. Even if it was, once a fungal disease has appeared, a fungicide cannot cure it. Fungicides can only prevent.
This looks more like insect damage and a fungicide will not bother insects. You need to determine if damage is still occurring or if it has stopped. The missing portions of leaves and the tan areas that appear to be skeletonized look like possibly Japanese beetle. But they are almost done for this year. Look for insects in the early evening. If damage is still happening, there have to be eaters.
