This plant is growing in my grandparent's backyard, they have no idea what it is, so we were having a discussion at dinner about it. My mom says watermelon, my grandfather says cucumber but I don't think it's either.

It looks like a morning glory vine of some sort in the picture. Twinning, heart shaped leaves, tiny hairs on the stems. If it is, it will flower in late summer or fall. It is possible that the vine you have is a cultivated morning glory or a weedy one. That I really can't tell from the photo.
