Wax Leaf Ligustrum disease or fungus #265550

I have a hedge of Wax Leaf Ligustrums exhibiting a disease or fungus.  Like to know what it is and how I can correct or mitigate the problem?  The issue manifested itself over a 4-5 day stretch.  Thank you for your response.
