If you are looking for timber prices - prices paid for trees either on the stump or delivered to the mill - we publish the timber price report twice a year that can give you some idea of what is being paid for logs.  It can be found here http://woodlandstewards.osu.edu/ohio-timber-price-report 

For rough sawn lumber prices you almost need to just explore some mills and see what prices are running.  Some prices are online but there is not one reporting source for rough sawn lumber.
