this spruce tree seems to be dying. Losing needles from the bottom. In my experience once a Blue spruce starts to go they seem to only last another year or 2 before they look very sick. This one did have some new needle growth on top and sides, but has lost most needles on north bottom.

It looks like Rhizosphaera needlecast which is a fatal fungal disease of blue and white spruces. The trees die from the bottom up and the inside out.
