What is causing these spots on my blueberry leaves? Most of the plant is fine and has berries. Several branches have leaves that look like this. I think it may be only on one plant. Please identify and any recommendations for treatment.

A little difficult to tell as the picture is very close in. Usually we have the other problem. I can only guess that it looks something like rust which is a fungal disorder. Are these southern or rabbiteye blueberries?
No, northern high bush. Either duke or blue ray if I remember correctly!
Are the spots raised or sunken with respect to the leaf blade?
