Can you tell me what this worm is that is attacking my roses? Is there a natural pest killer I could use to rid of them?

Your larvae are called rose slugs. They are not real slugs but are called that. I don't know what you mean by "natural pest killer." You can use insecticidal soap that you would buy and not make yourself. This would be an organic solution.
