What tree/vine is this #257466

My friend sent me this picture of a three lobbed irregular leaf with a white throated red flower. I did not recognize it and couldn't find a similar picture online. Sorry this is the only picture that I have [attached].

Sorry... I guess my first response didn't work. It is in the front lawn of a home on Port Dover Ontario.
