Expert Response

You are seeing injury from the grape tumid gall maker. It was formerly called tomato grapevine galls
The galls are caused by a small midge. It does not require treatment.  Prune out and destroy  galls to reduce  future damage.

Thanks for the info!
The damage is fairly spread out throughout the vines and leaves.  Do we cut everything that has damage?
For leaves - do we cut out just the part with damage, or entire leaf?

Removing the entire leaf is the most expedient  By removing the galls you reduce gall potential for 2016. No yield loss is associated with this midge.  You could choose to do nothing, but there is a possibility that you will see more galls in 2016. I would remove leaves in most cases unless it would severely defoliate a vine.
