Bamboo and mystery plant #252416

I have bamboo spreading in my garden. It is 3 feet from my house foundation and almost under my pool liner and along the perimeter of my house.
how do I eliminate it Bamboo without toxins? It is one foot from my above ground pool ( and I have been told bamboo can pierce a vinyl pool liner!) a foot from my house foundation. How do I keep it from destroying my pool and and my foundation??

If it is the running type,you can go back to the mother plant and install a barrier, to keep it from spreading See the attached link to see what type you have.
