Unknown Yellow-Flowering Shrub/Bush #249726

Would you please identify (name) the yellow flowering shrub shown in the attached photograph. The plant forms a globular-like mound and is currently (June 4, 2015) covered in yellow flowers. Thank you. Sincerely yours, GM --Golden

This shrub is a legume (relative of peas, beans).  It is generically called a "broom" because of its almost-leafless twigs.
A couple more photos of growth habit might help us to have a better idea of this shrub's identity.
Based only on the one photo, my best guess is that it is Spanish Gold Broom (Cytisus purgans).   see also: http://plantselect.org/plantstories/spanish-gold/
