I have an area in the front of my house that faces north. We want something to grow in front of the foundation below the windows that has some winter interest, but which can tolerate a lot of shade. Almost full shade. Not pictured in the attached photo are the two dense-canopy trees to the north and northwest of the front of our house. Any suggestions for evergreens or shrubs that would do well in this area would be greatly appreciated! Sincerely, Michael Bloyer
