I am a homeowner with a small vineyard, just today noticed lots of small slender blue green insects on grape leaves, do you know what they might be,have taken a good photo that I can send,just not in this email

This is a leafhopper but not the grape leafhopper. It may be the blue-green
sharpshooter (a type of leafhopper) which are not pests of grape. My guess is that these are incidental and won't become pests on these plants.
