I have oak trees in my backyard. One tree has not greened up for last 2 years, had negative oak wilt test by an arborist . It is not getting any new leaves again this year. Only brown dead leaves remain.. I am concerned there is something wrong and what I should do.,,any ideas.. Does tree need an injection for few years.. Don't want to loose the tree or have other trees affected. The tree in the background in photo is affected tree Do you have a recommendation for a oak specialist. The arborist we used lives 2 hours away. Thank <personal data hidden>

If the tree didn't bear healthy leaves last year and fails to do so this season, it's beyond recovery.
