The beetle feeding on the flowers is a flower beetle. We have a different species in Michigan that attacks flowers.

This is probably a similar species in Portugal.
The larvae on the ground looks like a Ladybird Beetle larvae. These beetles are generally considered beneficial insects as they eat other insects.
The brown beetle on the leaves is some species of scab beetle, similar to Japanese Beetle, http://blueberries.msu.edu/uploads/files/Japanese%20beetle.pdf
or perhaps Oriental beetle or a similar species in Portugal.
