what bermuda seed would you say to plant in southwest houston lawns? we are looking to seed 20000 square feet.

Howdy!
Wow, that's just short of half an acre. Quite a large spot. Hoping it is full sun, as bermuda will not perform in shady conditions. Beyond that much field prep will be necessary prior to seeding (herbicide, tilling or disking, leveling) and irrigation is needed to ensure good seed germination.
