what is this yellow substance? #209317

Greetings~ Could you please identify this yellow substance found in an open area near my house within the circumfrence of tree limbs. Its attached to pine needles and rock. Thank you

Thanks for your question. I believe the insect eggs seem to be colorado potato beetle eggs http://www.extension.umn.edu/garden/insects/find/colorado-potato-beetles/
