This 5 prong leaf looks like a snowflake and is growing next to some virginia creeper. It has reddish stems and small yellowish berries. Can you tell me what it is?

The plant in the photo looks like it may be porcelain berry, an invasive plant. If so, it should be removed. See the attached link http://www.nps.gov/plants/alien/fact/ambr1.htm
