Hi, I'm hoping you can help me! The leaves on our trees are being destroyed. I think they are Elm trees but don't know what kind. I'm attaching a photo taken today. Thanks for any help :)

It's caused by the feeding of elm leaf beetles. You've certainly seen these beetles given that you have an elm in Wyoming. There are articles on them at http://utahpests.usu.edu/ipm/htm/advisories/landscape/articleid=8200#elm and http://www.ext.colostate.edu/pubs/insect/05521.html.
