I have rust type spots sh... #193366

I have rust type spots showing up on my Clara Curtis Daisy, and many other plants. Also, my Russian Sage leaves are turning black and curling. i have seen the 4 striped yellow & black insects. I have also visited the master gard. at the farmers market about my other plants, which they believe may be Septoria. Can you please tell me what is happening to my gardens? I am getting desperate. I am an avid gardener, and have never seen stuff like this in my gardens. I am including images of some of the plants. Any help would be appreciated! I am concerned that I may have to take out these plants, or that my tomatoes that i grew from seed won't make it. I have Brandywine, Yellow Pear, Green Zebra, Black Cherry, and various pepper plants.

The tomatoes do look like they are being attacked by septoria leaf spot. Pick off the yellow leaves and do not compost them. Send they away in the trash. Mulch under the tomatoes to reduce rain splash from the ground. This carries the fungus into the tomato. It probably will not kill the plants before their is a harvest.

The Daisy, sage and other plants with the stippling is damage from the 4 lined plant bug. It is the lined, yellow bug you are seeing. Crush any you see. (I wear gloves or crush them in the leaf). They are doing very well this year but their life cycle ends soon. Sanitation is the way to reduce their damage next year. Cut off all the foliage after it is killed by frost and discard it. The bugs lay their eggs in the stems and they winter over. I have lots of damage in my garden.
