It's tough to see with the black background; however it looks like a wasp.  Tell me a bit about its behavior.  Does it seem to fly short distances, flitting around?  There is an interesting wasp that nests on structures that makes its nest with bits of grass, often between the windows and the screens.  I have seen a lot at my house this summer.
