Best pasture to plant in June #189777

I am trying to establish one Acre in the best pasture grassthat I can plant now (june). I have donkeys, goats and Alpacas. Villa Luna is located on the North East cornerof Rio Bravo and the Rio Grande 5 Acres borderingthe river. I am in Albuquerque, NM
