Hello,   Without flowers it is hard to make a positive identification.  From your photo, the vine appears to have alternate leaves.  There are a couple of possibilities that the vine could be – Bigroot morning glory (Ipomoea pundurata, has alternate leaves so seems to be the best possibility) or Honeyvine milkweed (Cynanchum laeve, has opposite leaves, but the leaves on your vine look very similar to this). If you do an internet search you can retrieve photos and information on both of these plants.  If you can take photos of the plant when it has flowers, I would have a much better chance for positive identification.  Please contact me if I can be of further assistance.   Debbie
