Extension office,  http://jefferson.ca.uky.edu/, or by phone at<personal data hidden>.  Ask for one of the staff who deals with horticulture.  I'm not sure they can recommend a specific person but they may be able to give you a list of people/companies to consider or point you in the right direction. They also offer classes and other programs that will enable you to better manage your home landscape.
