How long does a 10-year old, 17 feet tall bald cypress tree take to die from lack of water?

Hello,

Remember that 2011 was the worst drought in Texas History with our great State loosing some 6 Billion plus dollars of Agricultural value.  One out of every ten trees was lost State wide with many being cypress trees and pecans, because they are river bottom trees and didn't have enough deep moisture.

And yes, we are still seeing signs of dead and dying plant material induced from an accumulation of drought stress.
