I own an urban hydro farm: what federal grants do I have access to? #163795

I own a hydroponic farm in downtown San Antonio called Localsprout (www.localsprout.com). Obama just declared East San Antonio, where my farm is located, a "promise area" which entitles it to preferential treatment for federal grants and tax breaks.
I need to know more about potential federal grants that might help me expand my farm from 800 plants a week to double that number. In other words, I have infrastructure that is currently working and demand is exceeding my supply but getting the capital to fill that demand is proving difficult. I think the federal government can help me, and Obama's declaration of "promise areas" today makes that clearer, but I don't know what resources to pursue.
