What variety of Sorghum seed is suitable for Davis County, Utah? #160473

I have tried African White sorghum seed but was not able to harvest more than a drop or two of juice from a 10 foot cane. I found a variety, Sugar Drip, that was said to do well in northern climates but am not finding this variety for sale any longer. I would appreciate a reference to another variety that might do better. I have no problem harvesting the seed heads of African White since the growing season is long enough for that part of the plant. Your suggestions would be appreciated.
