my pachysandra plants have recently displayed small discolorations that don't appear to be the volutella fungus that appears in warmer weather. Can you identify (from attached pictures) the disease and recommend a fungicide

Please check your pachysandra for evidence of a sucking insect called euonymus scale. Look along the stems and leaves for small white oystershell shaped insects that can be scraped off.
