How are military veterans with military benefits affected by the Affordable Care Act?  Are there specific things veterans need to know about if shopping in the marketplace?

Department of Veterans Affairs Health Benefits and TRICARE are both examples of public programs funded by the federal government. Along with most other Americans, veterans will be required to purchase health insurance beginning in 2014. Eligible consumers may look to these programs for health insurance coverage.
