Ash tree pests cannot identify #154853

It is the end of september in Colorado and leaves are still green. I have noticed strange dots on bottom of almost all leaves on my ash tree. I have spent a lot of time trying to identify the problem (I am guessing these are some kind of insect eggs - and A LOT of them). Can you please help me to identify them (I am attaching close up pictures) and I would appreciate a suggestion on how to help the tree.

These are spider mites and eggs. Spider mites thrive in hot dry locations; suggesting your ash tree is in a hot spot S or W side of house?
You can mist up into the ash tree a few times (June July August) with hose and nozzle, wetting leaf undersides. This will discourage mite populations.
You might consider having a tree service spray a miticide, insecticide or horticultural oil on leaf undersides....but leaves will be dropping in a few weeks anyway.
