Can a home in Minneapolis get a termite infestation? I have always heard it is too cold, but I have found a brown corner pile at the front interior of my house that look like the pictures of termite evidence. However, the pile is very sawdust-like, and does not have any pieces that look like fecal droppings.

Termites are present in Southern Minnesota but they are not
common. Carpenter ants also eat wood. Please read the following sited and
