Yesterday I juiced some of our grapes. After canning I noticed that one jar stayed clear but the others clouded a bit. They were all treated the same following the juicer instructions. Jars and lids were sterilized.

These look lovely. Since these were just canned yesterday, there has not been time for spoilage, so the cloudiness would not be mold or fermentation.
It could be pulp from the grapes or pectins that were released as the grapes were heated in the juicer. This gets worse if they are stirred or pressed while juicing. It may settle to the bottom and clear juice could be poured off. In the future, you could pour the juice through a coffee filter or jelly bag to remove more of the solids before putting the juice in jars.
I hope that you brought the juice to a boil and processed jars for 5 minutes in a boiling water canner to destroy any remaining molds or yeasts so the juices don't spoil during storage. http://nchfp.uga.edu/how/can_02/grape_juice.html
I hope this helps.
