I have some type of fungus or something on my zucchini on it is killing the plant on the stem, Sprayed with conserve naturalyte insect control, what can be done to keep the plants from getting this, last year some type of bug got in the stem and I lost all the plants

It sounds like the fungus on your zucchini squash is Choanephora Rot. This is a very common problem. Unfortunately spraying fungicides does not control it. Remove and dispose of the infected squash.
