20 year old oak tree not healthy #130274
Asked May 28, 2013, 12:45 PM EDT
For the last two or three years my (20 year old) swamp oak tree has only produced 50% of leaves - color of leaves have not been as green/lite color / maybe yellowish - I have tried to put air holes in ground - added iron in the ground - drilled holes in tree to feed it that way - no use - only 30% of tree has leaves and it does not look healthy - lot's of limbs have no leave buds and when they do have some they break off very easy. If this doesn't help, you may want to have an arborist come out and diagnose your tree. Check out ISA (Internationas Lociety of Arboriculture)<personal data hidden> or<personal data hidden>
