All my fruit trees have tons of fruit on them this year. However, my plum trees look a bit sick. One tree has sick looking leaves. The other is covered with small insects (aphids maybe?) Could you give me advice what to do?

I'll have to refer you to your county extension office at extension.usu.edu/saltlake, though aphids can cause the leaf curling you see. They make the leaves curl, then they live on the underside of the curled area. You can treat for aphids with a systematic insecticide you put on the soil that contains imidacloprid (Merit).
